Our first impression was that they were very friendly, organised and professional, taking notes and asking important questions. While we were away, we received regular updates and photos of our pets. This helped us to be at ease. They were very mindful of our space and asked for permission to have friends or family visit. They provided an overview of any issues i.e., trouble with a bathroom sink, or pet mishaps. There was nothing substantial resulting from their stay. Our house was kept in identical condition to how it was left. Our pets appeared to love them, and this was important to us.
